Welcome to HireXR! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HireXR website, services, and AI-powered tools (collectively, the "Service"). HireXR is an AI-driven platform designed to assist hiring managers and candidates in the recruitment process, including candidate analysis, interview question generation, and job matching. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms were last updated on February 02, 2026. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Introduction and Service Description

HireXR provides AI-powered tools for hiring, including but not limited to:

  • Candidate CV/resume analysis using advanced algorithms (as outlined in our proprietary AI code for domain detection, skill scoring, and interview question generation).
  • Job description matching and risk assessment.
  • Generation of tailored interview questions based on job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Reporting features such as PDF exports and post-interview reassessments.

Our AI code (attached as reference in GORK-MODERN-AI_v2.txt) includes functionalities like domain mapping, normalization utilities, and candidate scoring logic. This code powers the core analysis engine but is not directly accessible or modifiable by users. Users interact with the Service through our web interface.

The Service is intended for individual hiring managers, candidates, and organizations. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, and all decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

2. Account Registration and Use

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service to:
    • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content (e.g., fabricated CVs/resumes or job descriptions).
    • Violate any laws, including data protection regulations.
    • Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our AI code or proprietary algorithms.
    • Engage in automated scraping or excessive usage that disrupts the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Pricing Policy

HireXR offers tiered subscription plans to suit different user needs. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Billing is monthly or annually (with discounts for annual plans). We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Annual plans may be eligible for prorated refunds if canceled within 14 days.
  • Free Trial: New users may access a limited trial of paid features. We reserve the right to modify or end trials.
  • Overages: Exceeding plan limits may incur additional fees at $10 per extra candidate or role.

4. Privacy Policy

HireXR takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

4.1 Collection and Use of Data

  • Personal Data: We collect data such as name, email, IP address, and usage data when you register, upload CVs/resumes or job descriptions, or interact with the Service. Candidate data (e.g., from CVs/resumes) is processed for analysis purposes.
  • AI Processing: Our AI code processes uploaded content (e.g., CVs/resumes and job descriptions) to generate scores, questions, and insights. Data is used to improve the Service but is anonymized where possible.
  • Cookies and Analytics: With your consent, we use cookies for preferences, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and personalized ads. You can manage consents via our cookie banner. Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., USA), where privacy levels may differ. We use standard contractual clauses for protection.
  • Third-Party Tools: We may use services like HubSpot for marketing, YouTube/Vimeo for videos, and analytics tools. These may process your data as described in their policies.

4.2 Data Sharing and Security

  • We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with affiliates, service providers (e.g., payment processors), or authorities if required by law.
  • Security measures include SSL encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
  • Data Retention: As per plan limits (e.g., 3-30 days), then deleted unless legally required.

4.3 Your Rights

  • Access, correct, delete, or restrict your data by contacting us.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., for cookies or marketing).

  • Do not copy, modify, or distribute our AI code without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties. HireXR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access for violations. Upon termination, data may be deleted per retention policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
