HireXR was founded by Saad Ahmad, a finance and business analytics leader with over two decades of experience helping global organizations make better, faster decisions.
Saad has spent over 19 years in senior FP&A and finance leadership roles within enterprise software and SaaS environments, most recently as Group Finance Director, FP&A Customer Success at SAP. Throughout his career, he partnered closely with executives and product leaders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and control risk.
Why I Built HireXR
The idea for HireXR was born from a simple observation: hiring decisions are among the most important and expensive decisions a leader will ever make, yet the process is fundamentally broken.
I observed a critical inefficiency in the industry: companies were losing top talent due to slow, unstructured interview processes. Capable hiring managers were struggling, buried under daily operational workloads.
Hiring became a burden rather than a strategy. Managers reverted to low-value staples like 'Tell me about yourself' which map to a biography, not a Job Description.
